The user once joined the Minecraft server accept automatically and assures to read the rules entirely. Furthermore, the user accept that rules may be modified without any notice, so he/she must keep updated through the network's channels.
In case of situations not covered by the rules, the staff has the right to choose the most appropriate sanction for the case.
The staff's decision is absolute in every circumstance. The staff has the right to modify the duration of the sanction at the moment of the infraction.
Any abuse or inappropriate behavior by the staff can be reported to the headstaff, who can revoke any sanction.
Mute indicates the exclusion of the user from the text chat
Ban indicates the temporary or permanent exclusion from the server
Blacklist indicates the permanent exclusion from the server, not revocable through a purchase from the store.
The user can be warned by the staff in case of recidivism or particularly serious behaviors. In case of a sustained amount of warns, the player could be excluded from the server.
Every player is responsible for his/her own account and its security. The staff exempts itself from any responsibility not due to it.
